As a Technical Implementation Manager (TIM), you will work among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. We are on a mission to eliminate supply chain friction due to poor and non-scalable business integration and manual processing of tasks causing massive pains and delays to Companies and their entire supply chain. Over the past ten years, we have grown to more than 800 customers. You will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on problems for customer change events. When necessary, you will also manage escalated events as appropriate.

  • Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems to complete the implementation project.
  • Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs and to understand client's business objectives and goals.
  • Work with EDI trading partners to test and implement new business processes. 
  • Keep customers and other stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
  • Conduct tasks and assignments as directed.
  • Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
  • Track the progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved.

Job requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (with two years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • The role requires three years minimum of job experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining EDI systems.
  • Knowable about how to use Webservices and APIs
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results
  • A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
